What is so special about Favorita The Original^®?

Favorita The Original^® is a modern concept that offers the best quality and the most beautiful single-flowering Kalanchoes. Aad Vreugdenhil and his team offer a very resistant plant in a range of bright colours, presented in a practical and beautiful designer sleeve that creates fabulous image. This adds a whole new dimension to the act of offering and receiving a Kalanchoe.

Most material you read recommends removing spent flowers.

As a general rule that’s right. But not with these plants. Our Kalanchoe is a single-flowering variety, so you don’t notice the spent flowers. You don’t need to do anything with them. They simply disappear.

Are they really for indoors and outdoors?

They look great anywhere indoors and fare well outdoors too as long as it’s not too cold. Favorita The Original^® is a cheerful plant that you can take with you wherever you want, from your bedroom to the garden and vice-versa. You can have it indoors during the night and put it outside on your terrace during the day.

How long do they flower?

A long time. Seven weeks is not exceptional. After a few weeks of rest they may bloom again for another seven weeks. Favorita The Original^® flowers even more strongly outdoors and the colours become even more intense in the sunlight.

How many colours does Kwekerij Vreugdenhil grow?

At least six colours that mix and match wonderfully. Take inspiration from the latest collection in your garden centre or florist.
